Enrollment Policy: All memberships are paid in full at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable. As a time-based, relationship-driven service, your investment secures dedicated clinical access and expertise for the full duration of your term. If you choose not to move forward after the consultation, you leave with a thorough clinical assessment and a personalized care plan — and the time we invested on your behalf is fairly honored.
